Tulip Time and Mother's Day Celebration

Lake wasn't sure he was getting enough attention just sitting in the wooden shoe train so he added a little to it.
It's more original to sit backwards.  Bill, Rick's brother and Drew his son came during the Tulip Time festivities in Pella this year.  It was so cold and wet, we only went to one parade.  Bill and Drew stayed with us so we enjoyed their stay very much.
We had wings one evening so we all had a good time.  We had to be in the garage due to cold weather.  Had it been warm we still would have been in the garage, we have no deck yet and lots of mud.
Bray loves to sit on the hearth
Harper has to share mommy with her cousin.  Bray loves her Auntie Chelsea...kisses

Pushing each other in the rocking chair...it's hard to be push nice all the time.
quality time with Grandma Nettie.  Grandpa/ma came out for Mother's Day and so did my mom in the evening.  Grandma Nettie took a nap when the girls took naps and then we all had chai together.
The guys played cards a good share of the afternoon, Grandpa Lloyd don't think anything is better than a good game of cards.
Grandpa Lloyd always finishes up the apple salad.
Lake was pretty big buds with Grandpa Lloyd.
Harper is crazy about vacuuming,  she can vacuum anytime for Nana.  Chelsea says she can't hardly get it done these days, it's always taken away from her.
Brandyn is feeding the fish dog food,  Cubby wonders why he's wasting it in the water.
Bray and Nana taking one of their many walks.
We are seeing lots of deer in our back yard.  I need to get some better pictures.
