Spring time flowers... |
These are my Rhododendrons in full bloom this Spring. |
Grandma Joey holding Broderyck |
Bray needed a picture with them too. |
We purchased the trees from a wholesale place in DM, DMF Gardens 2511 E. 21st St, 515.266.2488. We talked with Kevin who also was able to deliver and place them. |
These 3 are Heritage River Birches which are east of the pond where it can be pretty wet. |
This is Rick and Buck. We asked Buck to come and help us anchor our bouncer we got for the kids to play on in the pond. Buck seemed to have a pretty good plan so we went with it. |
Yes whenever these guys do something it always turns out pretty funny! |
I think they got wet but they aren't telling. I was gone during that time. To bad I didn't get action shots of the two of them falling in. |
They did get the job done...for the first time that is... |
My first hibiscus planted over here, it's just as big as the one at home. |
Enjoying some Grandma time by Judy. |
Auntie's are the BEST! |
Quite a little guy our Broderyck is already. |
Several shots of playing on the bouncer. It's a lot of fun and quite the work out for the mature kids. |
Laurie Buyert and daughter Jenna stopped in unexpectedly for a short visit. |
Bray learned to love the pond this summer, thanks to some swimming lessons. Ponds are a little different than swimming pools. |
I think Lake threw his daddy right off of there. I can hear the giggle even now. |
Barclay isn't a fan of the pond this year. No matter how hard we tried. |
All done!" |
Chels and Josh are crazier than the kids. |
Barclay is DONE! |
"The worst thing about this swimming thing is this stupid thing they call life jacket!' |
These two lasted longer than the kids today. |
Harper ready for a break. |
A couple beavers bringing in the plywood. |
The beavers are Wendell and Lake by the way. |
Thanks a lot beavers! |
They also enjoyed seeing Broderyck. He's about 3weeks old here. |
This is a picture worth taking. Teri went to see the pigs in the hog shed. |
Papa and Maechen having a food fight??? No way. |
A visitor, we always welcome anyone over here but especially when we get a helicopter ride. Thanks Larry De Vries! |
We both got to go up for a quick ride that morning, it was a beautiful sight looking at the crops. |
and he's off again. Come back sometime. |
Harper loves time alone with Broderyck. |
4th of July spent with our family along with Mike and Vicki Cowman. |

Both are tuckered out. |
Myles chooses to stay dry, thank goodness! Another fun fishing day. Mom and Twyla have caught lots of fish this summer. |
